En Advice generamos conocimiento sobre el mercado de trabajo uruguayo. Elaboramos informes y estudios propios que son referencia para medios de comunicación, empresas y organismos públicos, así como investigaciones y análisis a medida para clientes e instituciones. Nuestra principal fuente de información es el Monitor Laboral, un sistema propio que releva, procesa y clasifica la demanda de empleo publicada en Uruguay desde 2008. Buscamos incorporar una persona capaz de transformar datos en conocimiento e inteligencia de mercado. Principales responsabilidades Analizar la base de datos del Monitor Laboral e identificar tendencias, cambios y oportunidades en el mercado de trabajo uruguayo. Elaborar el informe mensual, balances y estudios a medida para empresas y organismos, participando en todo el proceso: análisis de datos, redacción, elaboración de gráficas y construcción de la narrativa. Contrastar y complementar la información con fuentes externas como INE, BPS, MTSS y organismos internacionales. Representar a Advice como vocero/a ante medios de comunicación y presentar resultados, análisis y conclusiones a clientes e instituciones. Identificar oportunidades para desarrollar nuevos productos, servicios y líneas de análisis a partir de nuestro activo de datos. Requirements Formación universitaria en Economía, Sociología, Estadística, Ciencia de Datos, Ciencia Política o disciplinas afines. Experiencia mínima de 3 años en análisis, investigación o generación de contenidos que hayan derivado en informes, estudios, publicaciones u otros documentos de difusión. Sólidos conocimientos en estadística descriptiva y manejo de bases de datos. Excelente capacidad de redacción en español, síntesis y comunicación de información compleja de forma clara y comprensible. Capacidad analítica y criterio para distinguir entre un dato llamativo y una conclusión verdaderamente relevante. Habilidades de comunicación oral y capacidad para presentar análisis ante diferentes audiencias, incluyendo clientes, instituciones y medios de comunicación. Será valorado Conocimiento del mercado laboral uruguayo y de sus principales indicadores y fuentes estadísticas oficiales. Manejo de herramientas de análisis de datos como SQL, Python o R. Experiencia en visualización y comunicación de datos. Uso avanzado e intensivo de herramientas de Inteligencia Artificial aplicadas al trabajo y al análisis. Dominio del idioma inglés.
