Seleccionamos para el Programa de Renovación de Salto Grande, iniciativa estratégica para extender la vida útil, capacidad, eficiencia y seguridad del Complejo Hidroeléctrico Salto Grande, mediante la renovación integral de su equipamiento e infraestructura. El proyecto electromecánico incluye dos ejes principales: la puesta en valor de las estructuras metálicas (compuertas y rejas) y la renovación de las grúas (pórticos y puentes). Además, contempla otras tareas clave, como el recambio del sistema de excitación de las Unidades Hidrogeneradoras, la sustitución de bombas verticales, servomotores de compuertas y grupos electrógenos de emergencia, junto con algunas obras civiles menores. La persona seleccionada tendrá los principales objetivos: Garantizar el cumplimiento técnico de los trabajos dentro de los plazos, costos y condiciones contractuales establecidos, garantizando la calidad técnica, el cumplimiento de los estándares y la viabilidad del proyecto. Será responsable de la revisión de la ingeniería del proyecto, validando su coherencia y calidad, y brindando soporte técnico a la jefatura de proyecto en todo el proceso. Asimismo, deberá acompañar los ajustes necesarios en la programación, costos asociados, ventanas de trabajo y definiciones técnicas, coordinando de manera permanente con el equipo interno de Salto Grande, los contratistas y la consultora de apoyo a la gestión. Requisitos Enfocamos la búsqueda en profesionales egresados/as de la carrera de Ingeniería Eléctrica, Electrónica, Mecánica o disciplinas afines. Especialización y/o conocimientos en Gestión de proyectos. Este rol requiere sólida experiencia en gestión en proyectos industriales, (montaje electromecánico, movimiento de grandes cargas) con comprobable desarrollo de competencias en roles de ingeniería y diseño en proyectos en organizaciones industriales y/o de gran envergadura. Preferentemente en el sector energético (generación, transmisión o distribución) o en proyectos de infraestructura de gran envergadura (represas, centrales, grandes plantas industriales). Se requiere haber participado en la elaboración de especificaciones técnicas, liderando equipos de trabajo y participando activamente en la resolución de problemas complejos y el desarrollo de soluciones técnicas. Apostamos la búsqueda a profesionales con conocimientos en políticas de gestión de proyectos múltiples, financiación internacional, regulación y reglamentación contractual. Se requiere de un dominio de idioma inglés, nivel intermedio. Se ofrece un contrato a término de un año, con posibilidad de renovación, bajo un esquema de trabajo mixto que combina modalidad remota y presencial en las instalaciones de Salto Grande.
