San Cristóbal Seguros es una empresa mutual argentina que ofrece una amplia gama de coberturas patrimoniales y personales, comercializando pólizas a través de una red de corredores asesores. La persona seleccionada deberá liderar el desarrollo comercial del segmento de grandes brokers en el mercado uruguayo, impulsando el crecimiento de la cartera de grandes riesgos y la apertura de nuevas líneas de negocio. Tendrá la responsabilidad de gestionar las relaciones estratégicas con los principales brokers, participar activamente en el diseño de productos, clausulados de póliza y contratos de reaseguro, y desarrollar esquemas de coaseguro con otras compañías del mercado, asegurando la rentabilidad y competitividad de la operación en Uruguay. Objetivos: • Desarrollar oportunidades de negocio en segmentos y riesgos donde la compañía no participa actualmente, impulsando el crecimiento de la cartera de grandes riesgos patrimoniales, técnicos y especiales. • Participar activamente en el diseño y adaptación de productos para el mercado uruguayo, asegurando su competitividad y adecuación a los riesgos locales. • Colaborar con el área técnica y actuarial en la negociación y estructuración de contratos de reaseguro que habiliten la aceptación de riesgos nuevos o de mayor exposición. • Proponer mejoras en coberturas existentes en función del feedback de brokers y del análisis de siniestralidad. • Desarrollar y consolidar relaciones estratégicas con los principales brokers del mercado, promoviendo la propuesta de valor de la compañía, la fidelización de clientes y el crecimiento de la participación en el segmento de grandes riesgos. • Impulsar el desarrollo de operaciones de coaseguro y fortalecer el relacionamiento con aseguradoras y actores relevantes del mercado. • Monitorear los indicadores comerciales y técnicos de la cartera de grandes brokers. • Asegurar que las operaciones, productos y acuerdos comerciales se desarrollen conforme a la normativa vigente y a las políticas internas. Requisitos Buscamos una persona con formación en Administración de Empresas, Economía, Actuaría, Ingeniería Industrial o carreras afines. Se valorará posgrado en seguros, reaseguros o gestión comercial. Será excluyente contar con al menos 5 años de experiencia en Compañías de Seguros y/o Brokers, con desarrollo de cartera de grandes riesgos, conocimiento del mercado asegurador uruguayo y experiencia en manejo de productos patrimoniales. Se valorará contar con nociones de reaseguro y coaseguro y manejo de Excel avanzado. Serán habilidades fundamentales la capacidad analítica, orientación a resultados, habilidades de negociación y comunicación, proactividad, visión de negocio y capacidad para trabajar en entornos dinámicos.
