Seleccionamos para importante compañía internacional del sector industrial y de trading, con sólida trayectoria y presencia global, se encuentra desarrollando un proceso de expansión y consolidación de sus operaciones en Argentina. La posición tendrá como principal desafío desarrollar el mercado de Argentina con un alto nivel de autonomía, identificando oportunidades, generando nuevos negocios y construyendo relaciones comerciales de largo plazo con clientes estratégicos. Se trata de una posición con fuerte componente comercial, relacional y de desarrollo de negocios, que requiere una mirada integral del mercado y capacidad para desenvolverse de manera independiente, tomando decisiones y gestionando el negocio con foco en resultados. Principales responsabilidades Desarrollar y ejecutar la estrategia comercial para el mercado argentino, identificando oportunidades de crecimiento y nuevos segmentos de negocio. Prospectar y abrir nuevas cuentas, especialmente en segmentos vinculados a papel, cartón, tissue, packaging, corrugado y printing papers. Analizar rentabilidad y márgenes de producto, elaborando estimaciones y proyecciones de ventas. Realizar seguimiento de las operaciones comerciales, coordinando aspectos vinculados a logística internacional. Monitorear permanentemente la evolución del mercado, identificando tendencias, movimientos de la competencia, oportunidades y riesgos, y reportando información relevante para la toma de decisiones. Contribuir al desarrollo del negocio desde una perspectiva integral, comprendiendo las necesidades de la compañía y actuando como referente comercial en Argentina. Representar a la organización frente a clientes y actores relevantes del mercado, incluyendo eventualmente compañías de gran porte y alta exigencia. Trabajar de manera coordinada con la estructura comercial regional, manteniendo comunicación fluida con Uruguay, Europa y otros mercados. Requisitos Formación universitaria en Administración, Comercio Exterior, Economía, Ingeniería o carreras afines. Sólido recorrido laboral en posiciones comerciales B2B, con al menos 5 años gestionando cuentas de manera autónoma. Se valorará especialmente experiencia en empresas de trading, molinos, distribuidoras o compañías vinculadas a papel, cartón, tissue, packaging, corrugado o printing papers. Se valorará contar con dominio de idioma inglés intermedio - avanzado, así como conocimiento de portugués, será un diferencial La persona debe estar radicada en Argentina. Además, deberá contar con disponibilidad para realizar viajes dentro de Argentina y eventualmente al exterior.
