The posting

Buscamos para Servicios Sura, empresa especializada en soluciones operativas, asistencia y gestión de riesgos. La persona seleccionada será responsable de brindar asistencia técnica a vehículos averiados en la vía pública, con el objetivo de restablecer su funcionamiento o, en caso de ser necesario, gestionar su traslado. Atenderá situaciones relacionadas con fallas mecánicas, eléctricas o neumáticos, realizando reparaciones ligeras que permitan continuar la circulación del vehículo. Cuando la resolución en el lugar no sea posible, coordinará y ejecutará el traslado del vehículo, priorizando siempre la seguridad del cliente. Registrará en el sistema de gestión los datos del auxilio realizado, asegurando la trazabilidad y calidad del servicio prestado. Será responsable del uso adecuado y mantenimiento de las herramientas provistas por la empresa, así como de colaborar activamente con el equipo de Servicios Sura para asegurar una atención personalizada, fluida y dentro de los plazos establecidos. Requisitos Orientamos la búsqueda hacía personas con formación técnica en Mecánica, Electricidad Automotriz o similares, que cuenten con al menos dos años de experiencia en logística, atención al cliente y tareas administrativas vinculadas a la coordinación de servicios. Será requisito excluyente contar con licencia de conducir profesional categoría C o D, se valorará ampliamente el conocimiento de calles y zonas. Se valorará contar con dominio de inglés y/o portugués a nivel intermedio, así como habilidades en el uso de herramientas digitales de registro y gestión. Buscamos personas con capacidad para trabajar bajo presión, buenas habilidades de comunicación, empatía y disposición para el trabajo en equipo. La vocación de servicio y la responsabilidad serán claves para el desempeño del rol. El presente llamado se encuentra comprendido por lo dispuesto en el Art. 1 de la Ley Nº 19.691 sobre promoción del trabajo para personas con discapacidad.
