Buscamos para la nueva sucursal de SIMAGRO en Paysandú. SIMAGRO SRL es una empresa nacional con 25 años de trayectoria, dedicada a la comercialización de maquinaria agrícola multimarca, con sede central en Nueva Helvecia. La persona seleccionada deberá comercializar repuestos, accesorios e insumos agrícolas de SIMAGRO SRL en la Sucursal Paysandú, atendiendo a los clientes en el local, con el objetivo de alcanzar las metas de venta establecidas, fidelizar la cartera de clientes y ampliar la presencia comercial de la empresa en la zona. Es el principal punto de contacto comercial de la sucursal con productores, contratistas y empresas agropecuarias de la región. Requisitos Enfocamos la búsqueda hacia personas con bachillerato completo (requisito mínimo excluyente), y se valora la formación técnica o terciaria en Administración, Gestión Comercial, Agronomía, Técnico Agropecuario, Mecánica Agrícola o carreras afines. Se valora la capacitación específica en ventas, atención al cliente o marketing, así como los cursos vinculados al sector agropecuario (máquinas, cultivos, ganadería). Se requiere experiencia previa comprobable de al menos 3 años en ventas, atención al cliente y gestión de cartera comercial; siendo muy valorada la misma en el sector agropecuario, maquinaria agrícola, repuestos o insumos rurales. Conocimiento del mercado agropecuario de la región de Paysandú y zona de influencia (muy valorado). Manejo de herramientas informáticas: correo electrónico, planillas de cálculo (Excel nivel usuario), sistemas de gestión o POS (punto de venta). Es deseable contar con nociones básicas de mecánica agrícola o funcionamiento de maquinaría, así como conocimientos de marcas y modelos de maquinaría agrícola, y en lectura e interpretación de catálogos de repuestos. Se valora contar con licencia de conducir vigente. La posición requiere contar con disponibilidad para ocupar una posición de tiempo completo de lunes a sábado en horario comercial, flexibilidad horaria y residir en Paysandú o localidades cercanas. La persona seleccionada completará la instancia de capacitación en la sede central ubicada en Nueva Helvecia.
