Importante organización líder en el sector comercial se encuentra en la búsqueda de un/a Supervisor/a de Seguridad para incorporarse a su equipo. La persona seleccionada tendrá como principal desafío supervisar la seguridad del complejo, coordinando los servicios tercerizados y dando respuesta a las distintas situaciones operativas y de riesgo que puedan presentarse. Entre sus principales responsabilidades se encuentra supervisar el funcionamiento de las empresas de seguridad contratadas y del personal a cargo, asegurando el cumplimiento de los procedimientos y normas establecidos. Asimismo, deberá direccionar las necesidades operativas del equipo, verificar las medidas de seguridad de los locales y colaborar ante situaciones que requieran intervención. Será responsable también de operar y supervisar los sistemas de CCTV y control de acceso, participar en la investigación de hechos e incidentes, elaborar reportes y realizar el seguimiento de las distintas situaciones vinculadas a la seguridad del complejo. Tendrá además un rol activo en la capacitación y desarrollo del equipo, promoviendo una adecuada adaptación a los procedimientos, herramientas y dinámicas de trabajo. La posición implica la supervisión de guardias de seguridad y la coordinación permanente con empresas tercerizadas, en un entorno de alta circulación de personas y vehículos. Por este motivo, será fundamental contar con capacidad de adaptación, criterio operativo, liderazgo y habilidades para gestionar situaciones de presión, manteniendo un adecuado equilibrio entre el cumplimiento de las normas y la calidad del servicio. Para la posición se requiere disponibilidad para trabajar en turno vespertino, así como disponibilidad para cubrir eventuales cambios de horario, fines de semana y feriados, de acuerdo con las necesidades operativas del cargo. Requirements Orientamos la búsqueda a personas con Bachillerato completo, valorándose formación complementaria vinculada a seguridad, gestión de riesgos, prevención, liderazgo, gestión de equipos o áreas afines. Será excluyente contar con más de tres años de experiencia en posiciones similares, de supervisión, coordinación o responsabilidad vinculadas a seguridad, operaciones, prevención de riesgos o gestión de servicios, así como experiencia comprobable en conducción de equipos. Se valorará especialmente la experiencia en complejos de gran porte, shoppings, terminales, empresas de seguridad, centros logísticos u otros entornos de elevada circulación de público. Asimismo, será valorada la experiencia previa en Policía, Fuerzas Armadas u otros organismos vinculados a la seguridad, sin que esta constituya un requisito excluyente. Se requiere buen manejo de herramientas tecnológicas y de Office, capacidad para trabajar con sistemas de CCTV y control de acceso y facilidad para la elaboración de reportes, análisis de información y seguimiento de indicadores. Será fundamental contar con capacidad de liderazgo, organización y planificación, capacidad analítica y resolutiva, buenas habilidades de comunicación, orientación a resultados, criterio para la toma de decisiones y capacidad para gestionar equipos y situaciones de presión. Se valorará especialmente una actitud colaborativa y de apoyo, orientación al servicio, capacidad para trabajar transversalmente con otras áreas y la habilidad para hacer cumplir las normas manteniendo un adecuado equilibrio entre seguridad, operación y experiencia del usuario.
