Job Description

As an Assembler here at Honeywell Aerospace, you will assemble and integrate avionics systems, ensuring high-quality production that meets industry standards and customer requirements

Set up, operate and troubleshoot special purpose and miscellaneous light machines and equipment to perform a variety of operations. Instruct and train other operators. Assembles a variety of parts and sub-assemblies. Performs a variety of calibration and test functions

Shit Options*

1st: Monday- Friday 6 am- 2 pm

2nd: Monday- Friday 2 pm- 10 pm

3rd: Sunday- Thursday 1o pm- 6 am

4th: Sunday & Thursday 10 pm- 6 am and Saturday and Sunday 10 pm- 10 am

5th: Monday & Friday 10 am- 6 pm and Saturday and Sunday 10 am- 10 pm

*Does not include any mandated overtime, and training mat take place on a different shift

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

Use computer to access work instructions and input labor tracking

Use strong fine motor skills to perform various tasks related to assembling products, especially those involving small parts or intricate components

Maintain work area for operation and cleanliness

Set up-up and perform visual, mechanical, and electrical checks on parts, sub-assemblies and devices

Check quality of parts being run, repositioned, align, and fasten tools and fixtures

Clean parts using plasma cleaner, sonic cleaner, and other processes

Perform a variety of assembly functions, such as label making, stamping, laser beam welding, and epoxy applcaions. .

Qualifications

Requirements

  • Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures in a manufacturing setting.
  • Ability to operate production machinery and tools effectively.
  • Familiarity with quality control processes and standards.

Posting Timeline

Hourly Pay Range

The hourly range for this position is $30.25/hour. Please note that this compensation information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.
