Du denkst in Prozessen, verbindest Systeme und bewegst dich sicher zwischen HubSpot, KI-Tools und automatisierten Workflows? Als HubSpot & Automation Manager (m/w/d) gestaltest du die technische Grundlage für unser Wachstum mit maßgeschneiderten B2B-Lösungen im Schaden- und Risikomanagement von Fahrzeugflotten. Du übersetzt Anforderungen aus Marketing und Sales in durchdachte Strukturen und entwickelst Prozesse, die unseren Vertrieb spürbar voranbringen.

Deine Aufgaben bei uns

  • Du verantwortest unsere HubSpot-Architektur und entwickelst Datenmodelle, Pipelines und Lifecycle-Phasen gezielt weiter
  • Du automatisierst Leadqualifizierung, Leadverteilung und Follow-ups und schaffst zuverlässige Übergaben zwischen Marketing und Sales
  • Du verbindest HubSpot über Make, APIs und Webhooks mit weiteren Systemen und Tools
  • Du integrierst KI in Recherche, Datenanreicherung und Gesprächsvorbereitung und entwickelst praxistaugliche Workflows
  • Du sicherst Datenqualität und Systemstabilität und machst Prozesse durch Dashboards und Reports transparent
  • Du übersetzt Anforderungen aus dem Team in skalierbare Lösungen und sorgst mit klarer Dokumentation für deren erfolgreiche Nutzung

Das solltest du mitbringen

  • Du verfügst über mehrjährige einschlägige Praxiserfahrung mit HubSpot und hast komplexe CRM- und Automatisierungsprojekte eigenständig umgesetzt
  • Du beherrschst die Konfiguration von Datenmodellen, Pipelines und Workflows und verstehst deren Zusammenspiel entlang des Vertriebsprozesses
  • Du arbeitest routiniert mit Make oder vergleichbaren Plattformen und bist sicher im Umgang mit APIs, Webhooks und Datenstrukturen
  • Du hast KI-Tools in bestehende Prozesse integriert und kannst Nutzen, Zuverlässigkeit und Grenzen deiner Lösungen bewerten
  • Du verstehst die Anforderungen von Marketing und Sales und übersetzt sie in technisch saubere, alltagstaugliche Abläufe
  • Du denkst vernetzt, gehst Fehlern systematisch auf den Grund und bringst eigene Lösungen selbstständig ins Ziel
