Affidea Greece, one of the Leading Healthcare providers in Greece is looking for an aspiring Talent Acquisition Specialist to be part of our growing team in Athens!

If you are a problem solver with motivation to learn, someone willing to collaborate with different teams across Affidea Greece, a good communicator with high emotional intelligence and someone willing to take ownership beyond the obvious, then you are the one!

As a member of our team, you will:

  • Support full life-cycle recruitment process including the execution of sourcing strategies, assessing and delivering a high-quality pool of candidates
  • Conduct interviews and assess candidates’ relevant experience, skills and aptitudes using a broad range of selection tools and methods
  • Provide an exceptional experience to all candidates by effectively communicating with them and managing their overall experience
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to meet evolving business needs
  • Participate in Employer Branding initiatives and represent Affidea Greece in career events and meet-ups
  • Be responsible for some of recruitment and related administrative tasks
  • At least 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced, corporate environment, preferably in healthcare
  • Ability to express ideas verbally and in writing, in a clear, concise and professional manner (both in English and Greek)
  • Client centric approach with demonstrated resourcefulness, initiative and flexibility
  • A high level of discretion and confidentiality with a strong sense of responsibility
  • A confident and positive attitude with strong team working ethics but also with the ability to work autonomously
  • Willingness for continuous learning and development
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field
