Responsável por acompanhar as condições de segurança no ambiente de trabalho, identificar riscos e executar ações de prevenção de acidentes e doenças ocupacionais. Atua em inspeções, orientação de colaboradores, investigação de ocorrências, treinamentos e controle de documentos, apoiando o cumprimento dos requisitos de segurança e a melhoria das condições de trabalho.

Escolaridade: Ensino técnico completo em Segurança do Trabalho.

Registro profissional: Registro profissional de Técnico de Segurança do Trabalho.

  • Realizar inspeções nas áreas produtivas, administrativas e de apoio, identificando condições e práticas inseguras.
  • Avaliar riscos das atividades e recomendar medidas de prevenção e controle.
  • Acompanhar a execução das ações corretivas, verificando prazos e resultados.
  • Orientar colaboradores e gestores sobre procedimentos de segurança e prevenção de acidentes.
  • Realizar integrações, treinamentos e Diálogos Diários de Segurança — DDS.
  • Acompanhar a entrega, utilização, conservação e substituição dos Equipamentos de Proteção Individual — EPIs.
  • Verificar as condições dos Equipamentos de Proteção Coletiva — EPCs — e comunicar necessidades de adequação.
  • Investigar acidentes, incidentes e quase acidentes, registrando evidências e propondo ações para evitar reincidências.
  • Apoiar a elaboração e atualização do inventário de riscos e do plano de ação do PGR.
  • Acompanhar as ações de saúde ocupacional em conjunto com o serviço médico e as áreas responsáveis.
  • Apoiar as atividades da CIPA e a organização de campanhas de prevenção e da SIPAT.
  • Acompanhar as condições de segurança de máquinas, equipamentos, instalações e movimentação de materiais.
  • Inspecionar os recursos de emergência, as rotas de fuga e a sinalização, acompanhando as correções necessárias.
  • Apoiar a organização de simulados e as atividades da brigada de emergência.
  • Conferir documentos de segurança e orientar prestadores de serviços antes e durante a execução das atividades.
  • Apoiar análises de risco e permissões de trabalho conforme os procedimentos da empresa.
  • Organizar registros e informações de SST, encaminhando os dados necessários às áreas responsáveis pelas obrigações aplicáveis.
  • Elaborar indicadores e relatórios de segurança, apresentando ocorrências, pendências e recomendações à gestão.
  • Acompanhar auditorias, fiscalizações e visitas técnicas relacionadas à segurança do trabalho.
  • Interromper e comunicar situações de risco grave e iminente, conforme os procedimentos de emergência da empresa.
