A Unimed Guarapuava está em busca de um(a) Técnico(a) de Segurança do Trabalho para integrar nossa equipe e atuar no desenvolvimento, acompanhamento e fortalecimento dos processos de Saúde e Segurança Ocupacional.

Você terá a oportunidade de contribuir com a prevenção de acidentes, identificação e controle de riscos ocupacionais e promoção de uma cultura de segurança, com atuação em todas as unidades da Cooperativa, incluindo o Hospital Unimed Guarapuava.

Principais atribuições

  • Desenvolver, acompanhar e implementar ações de Saúde e Segurança Ocupacional nas unidades da Cooperativa;
  • Realizar inspeções de segurança, identificar riscos ocupacionais e propor medidas preventivas e corretivas;
  • Acompanhar a implementação e o cumprimento do Programa de Gerenciamento de Riscos (PGR);
  • Apoiar a elaboração, atualização e acompanhamento dos programas e documentos legais de SST;
  • Orientar colaboradores e lideranças quanto às normas regulamentadoras e boas práticas de segurança;
  • Realizar investigações e análises de acidentes de trabalho e incidentes, propondo ações para evitar recorrências;
  • Acompanhar a entrega, utilização e controle de Equipamentos de Proteção Individual (EPIs);
  • Planejar e ministrar treinamentos, integrações e campanhas educativas relacionadas à segurança do trabalho;
  • Apoiar os processos da CIPA, SIPAT e demais iniciativas de prevenção;
  • Acompanhar indicadores de Saúde e Segurança Ocupacional e propor melhorias contínuas;
  • Atuar em conjunto com as áreas de Gestão de Pessoas, lideranças, SESMT e demais áreas envolvidas nos processos de saúde e segurança.
