At CountryHouse Granite Bay, an Agemark Senior Living community, we’re looking for a dependable and enthusiastic Kitchen Utility Worker to help keep our kitchen running smoothly and support a welcoming dining experience for our residents. From maintaining a clean and organized kitchen to assisting our culinary team, your contributions help make every meal special. What You'll Do

  • Wash and sanitize dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
  • Keep kitchen, dishwashing, and food preparation areas clean, safe, and organized.
  • Assist the culinary team with meal preparation, plating, and dining room setup as needed.
  • Sweep, mop, remove trash, and sanitize surfaces to maintain a clean and welcoming environment.
  • Follow food safety, sanitation, and infection prevention procedures.
  • Support teammates with daily kitchen tasks to ensure smooth dining operations.
  • Interact with residents and coworkers in a friendly, respectful, and professional manner.

What You'll Bring

  • Previous kitchen, dishwashing, or food service experience is helpful but not required — we'll provide training!
  • Ability to stay active, stand for extended periods, and lift and carry items as needed.
  • A dependable, positive attitude and willingness to support your teammates.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean and safe environment.
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays as scheduled.
  • A genuine desire to contribute to a positive experience for our residents.
