Importante empresa de servicios se encuentra en búsqueda de un Coordinador de Compras y Logística en Guayaquil, para liderar y responder integralmente por la gestión de compras, abastecimiento, logística y control operativo de inventarios.

Principales responsabilidades:

  • Coordinar y supervisar la atención de requerimientos de compras, estableciendo prioridades según urgencia e impacto operativo, asignando responsables y compromisos de entrega, y gestionando las aprobaciones ordinarias y emergentes.
  • Consolidar con las áreas el plan de abastecimiento, supervisar existencias, mínimos y puntos de reposición para anticipar quiebres de stock.
  • Dirigir al equipo de compras, abastecimiento, logística e inventario, definiendo cobertura, responsables por requerimiento, turnos y reemplazos.
  • Supervisar cotizaciones y negociaciones, evaluando alternativas por calidad, garantía, disponibilidad y costo total puesto en destino.
  • Revisar los reportes del equipo, identificar demoras recurrentes e implementar mejoras en tiempos, trazabilidad y calidad de respuesta.

Perfil requerido:

  • Título de tercer nivel en Administración, Logística, Supply Chain, Ingeniería Industrial, Comercio, Contabilidad o carreras afines; se valora formación especializada en compras o inventarios.
  • Experiencia mínima de 5 años en compras y abastecimiento, logística e inventarios, con al menos 2 años coordinando personas o procesos transversales.
  • Experiencia indispensable en gestión de urgencias, proveedores y transporte entre ubicaciones, control de inventario físico, incidencias de recepción y seguimiento de entregas a unidades operativas.
  • Conocimientos en ERP, Excel avanzado, costos puestos en destino, trazabilidad de inventarios, despacho aéreo y/o marítimo, segregación de funciones y cadena de suministro.
  • Inglés intermedio deseable.
  • Disponibilidad para viajar frecuentemente.
  • Competencias valoradas: planificación, negociación, toma de decisiones bajo presión, comunicación efectiva, orientación a resultados y rigor documental.
