The posting

Empresa líder a nivel nacional dentro del sector de servicios financieros (cobranzas externas) se encuentra en la búsqueda de un SUPERVISOR DE COBRANZAS para la ciudad de Guayaquil.

El futuro supervisor tendrá a su cargo las siguientes responsabilidades:

  • Diseñar e implementar estrategias de recuperación para alcanzar una efectividad mínima del 55% de la cartera asignada.
  • Realizar el seguimiento y control de la cartera preventiva y vencida.
  • Garantizar el cumplimiento de los indicadores de gestión y objetivos de recuperación del equipo.
  • Elaborar y presentar informes profesionales de resultados e indicadores a Gerencia, con periodicidad diaria, semanal y mensual.
  • Supervisar la productividad, calidad de gestión y cumplimiento de los estándares de servicio.
  • Gestionar los requerimientos operativos y administrativos del área, delegando oportunamente las actividades correspondientes al equipo operativo y de calidad.
  • Mantener una comunicación clara, formal y efectiva con clientes, ejecutivos y representantes de la entidad financiera.
  • Coordinar cierres mensuales y dar seguimiento a las asignaciones de cartera.
  • Identificar oportunidades de mejora en los procesos de cobranza y desempeño del equipo.

Requisitos del perfil:

  • Experiencia mínima de 2 a 3 años como Supervisor de Cobranzas o en posiciones de liderazgo dentro de áreas de recuperación de cartera.
  • Experiencia en administración de cartera financiera, preferiblemente de entidades bancarias.
  • Manejo de equipos de cobranza telefónica y cumplimiento de indicadores de recuperación.
  • Manejo de Excel
  • Capacidad analítica, organización, planificación y orientación a resultados.
  • Excelente comunicación interpersonal y capacidad para relacionarse con clientes y equipos de trabajo de manera profesional.
