Senior Business Analyst / Kravanalytiker – Bank & Finans Placering: Stockholm/Solna Vi på Agil arbetskraft söker en senior Business Analyst/Kravanalytiker med djup erfarenhet inom Custody (värdepappersförvaring och administration) till ett omfattande transformationsprojekt inom bank- och finanssektorn. Du kommer att ha en central roll i att driva kravarbete, samordna intressenter och säkerställa att verksamhetens behov omsätts till effektiva tekniska lösningar. Om uppdraget Uppdraget ingår i ett större moderniseringsprogram där en ny strategisk plattform införs för att framtidssäkra verksamhetens tjänster och processer inom Custody. Du ansvarar för att leda kravarbete från analys till implementation och arbetar nära verksamhet, IT-arkitekter, utvecklare och produktägare. Huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter:

Samla in, analysera och dokumentera verksamhetskrav.

Leda kravworkshops och kravförfining.

Samordna intressenter och beroenden mellan verksamhet och IT.

Säkerställa att lösningar uppfyller verksamhetsbehov och tekniska förutsättningar.

Följa upp krav genom design, utveckling, test och acceptans.

Identifiera risker och driva arbetet framåt i en komplex projektmiljö.

Kvalifikationer – skallkrav Vi söker dig som har:

Omfattande erfarenhet som senior Business Analyst/Kravanalytiker inom Custody.

Djup kunskap om Custody-processer, produkter och operativ verksamhet.

Erfarenhet av större transformations- och förändringsprogram.

Mycket god förmåga att kommunicera och hantera intressenter på olika nivåer.

Teknisk förståelse och erfarenhet av nära samarbete med utvecklingsteam.

Förmåga att självständigt leda kravarbete från analys till implementation.

Dokumenterad förmåga att skapa struktur och driva leveranser i komplexa miljöer.

Meriterande Erfarenhet av skatterapportering inom Custody.

Kunskap om QI, TRACE och/eller KU-rapportering.

Erfarenhet av SRD II, globala värdepappersmarknader och Custody-datamodeller.

Erfarenhet av Broadridge, ISS eller motsvarande plattformar för röstning och ägarinformation.

Förståelse för hur krav inom skatterapportering omsätts till verksamhetsprocesser och IT-lösningar.

Personliga egenskaper Du är självgående, analytisk och strukturerad med förmåga att ta ansvar och skapa framdrift. Du trivs i komplexa miljöer, har god samarbetsförmåga och kan kommunicera effektivt med både verksamhet och tekniska team. Vi erbjuder 32 dagars semester
