Vi söker en senior kravanalytiker som vill skapa tydliga, spårbara krav i komplexa systemutvecklingsmiljöer. Vill du ha en nyckelroll i utvecklingen av komplexa system? Som senior kravanalytiker skapar du struktur mellan verksamhet, utveckling och förvaltning. Du säkerställer att rätt behov blir tydliga, genomförbara och kvalitetssäkrade lösningar. Om rollen Driv kravarbete genom hela utvecklingsprocessen, från behovsanalys till verifiering. Vara länken mellan verksamhet, tekniska team och förvaltning. Säkerställa att funktionella och icke-funktionella krav är tydliga och möjliga att realisera.

Det här kommer du göra Planera och facilitera workshops för kravinsamling och analys. Dokumentera användningsfall, processer, user stories och kravspecifikationer. Skapa och upprätthålla spårbarhet från behov till lösning och test. Granska, kvalitetssäkra och förtydliga krav tillsammans med relevanta intressenter. Stötta produktledning och projektledning med prioritering och beslutsunderlag.

Vi söker dig som har Flerårig erfarenhet av kravanalys i komplexa systemmiljöer. Erfarenhet av funktionella och icke-funktionella krav genom hela livscykeln. Vana att leda workshops och driva strukturerade kravprocesser. Erfarenhet av att samarbeta nära utvecklingsteam och tekniska specialister. Erfarenhet av förändringsledning eller projektledning.

Teknik & Verktyg Kravhantering och kravspårbarhet. Användningsfall, processkartläggning och user stories. Agila arbetssätt som Scrum, Kanban och SAFe.
