Uppdragsbeskrivning

Vi söker en senior kravanalytiker som ska genomföra en strukturerad nulägesanalys av en befintlig lösning för skuld- och fordringshantering. Syftet är att skapa ett tydligt beslutsunderlag för framtida målarkitektur och modernisering av området.

Rollen innebär att kartlägga och analysera processer, informationsflöden, systemstöd och integrationer. Arbetet genomförs tillsammans med verksamhetsrepresentanter och arkitekt, där du ansvarar för att strukturera och dokumentera nuläget samt identifiera förbättringsområden, beroenden, gap och risker.

Vi söker dig som trivs med att gå ner på detaljnivå samtidigt som du kan se helheten. Du är strukturerad, självgående och initiativtagande samt har lätt för att samarbeta med olika intressenter.

Exempel på arbetsuppgifter

  • Genomföra nulägesanalys av processer, informationsflöden och systemstöd.
  • Kartlägga och analysera integrationer och beroenden i komplexa systemlandskap.
  • Planera och genomföra intervjuer och workshops med olika intressentgrupper.
  • Dokumentera och modellera informations- och processflöden.
  • Identifiera förbättringsområden, gap, beroenden och risker.
  • Ta fram beslutsunderlag för fortsatt arbete med målarkitektur och modernisering.
  • Samarbeta nära med verksamhetsrepresentanter och arkitekt.

Skall-krav

  • Flera års erfarenhet av verksamhetsanalys, nulägeskartläggning och utredningsarbete.
  • Flera års erfarenhet av dokumentation och modellering av informations- och processflöden.
  • Minst 2 års erfarenhet av arbete med ERP-system.
  • Erfarenhet av att genomföra intervjuer, workshops och analysarbete med flera intressentgrupper.
  • Erfarenhet av att analysera komplexa systemlandskap och integrationer.
  • God kommunikativ förmåga och vana att presentera inför grupper.
  • Förmåga att arbeta strukturerat, självständigt och tillsammans med andra.
