Estamos em busca de um(a) Assistente de Recrutamento e Seleção para integrar o time de Gente & Gestão do Grupo Agile!

✅ ATIVIDADES

  • Realizar hunting ativo de candidatos pelo LinkedIn, plataformas de vagas e bancos de talentos.
  • Divulgar oportunidades, analisar currículos e realizar triagem conforme os requisitos de cada vaga e o RCF.
  • Realizar contatos, agendamentos, confirmações e follow-ups com candidatos.
  • Acompanhar os processos seletivos, garantindo agilidade e organização em todas as etapas.
  • Apoiar a Analista de RH na avaliação de candidatos e evoluir para a condução de entrevistas conforme treinamento e validação.
  • Apoiar os processos de contratação, organização documental, assinaturas e onboarding.
  • Acompanhar prazos contratuais e apoiar os processos de encerramento de vínculo.
  • Atualizar sistemas, planilhas, indicadores e bancos de talentos.
  • Identificar gargalos e oportunidades de melhoria nos processos de Recrutamento e Seleção.
  • Participar de reuniões de alinhamento e rituais da equipe.

✅ REQUISITOS

  • Boa comunicação verbal e escrita.
  • Organização, disciplina e atenção aos detalhes.
  • Proatividade para realizar hunting e follow-ups.
  • Facilidade para lidar com múltiplas demandas e prazos.
  • Responsabilidade no tratamento de informações confidenciais.
  • Facilidade para aprender ferramentas, sistemas e processos.
  • Perfil colaborativo, com senso de responsabilidade e foco em resultados.

✅ DIFERENCIAIS

  • Experiência prévia com Recrutamento e Seleção, hunting ou triagem de currículos.
  • Familiaridade com LinkedIn, plataformas de vagas e sistemas ATS.
  • Conhecimento em planilhas, indicadores e gestão documental.
  • Experiência com entrevistas, contratação ou atendimento a candidatos.

Pretensão a apartir de R$ 2.000 mensais + comissões
