（1）投入多模态AgenticAI算法研究，优化上下文管理、场景语义理解、多步工具调用、SFT场景微调、AgenticRL等技术，参与Agentic工作流编排与端云协同开发，提升长时程任务执行效率、自主纠错能力和系统鲁棒性。 （2）投入VLA/WAM端到端大模型训练与推理优化，优化多模态数据合成、世界模型状态预测、端侧大模型架构设计等技术，参与大模型在边缘计算平台的推理部署与算子加速，提升具身大模型的泛化能力与端侧推理实时性。

（1）计算机、软件、自动化、机械、电子、数学、精密仪器等相关专业本科、硕士、博士在读同学； （2）有以下任一经验者优先： a. 编程基础扎实，掌握python/C/C++编程语言，熟悉pytorch/cuda等AI开发框架，有良好的架构设计和编程习惯； b. 具有AI训练、AI推理、CV、深度学习、模型部署等AI算法相关经历； c. 具有机器人多模感知、路径规划、运动控制、建图定位相关算法研究和开发经历； d. 具备较强的新技术和新架构研究能力，可快速跟踪洞察业界最前沿AI领域技术； e. 具备独立工作能力和解决问题的能力。
