1. 参与 NPI 新产品导入 AI Agent 研发，基于产品 DFX 输入完成多 Skill 智能体编排，实现需求分析、测试方案、上位机开发、数据分析、改善输出完整业务闭环，优化推理、工具调用、记忆管理机制。 2. 使用 LangChain/LlamaIndex 等框架搭建多 Agent 协作工作流，解决幻觉、调用稳定性等工程问题；建设制造场景 RAG 知识库，完成 Prompt 调优与向量库集成。 3. 封装 Skill 工具，对接 MES、产线上位机、信息平台；参与多模型调度，负责 Agent 产线部署调试、指标监控优化，输出技术文档保障业务落地。

岗位优势：可参与工业 AI Agent 真实产线落地，非 Demo 项目。接触多智能体编排、RAG 等前沿技术，兼顾后端与智能制造业务。导师带教，看重学习潜力，产出直接影响产线良率，积累稀缺跨领域实战经验。

1. 本科及以上学历，计算机、通信、电子、自动化等相关专业，在校 / 应届毕业生 2. 熟练 Python/C#/Java 其一，有后端开发经验；掌握数据库 SQL 开发；了解 B/S、C/S 架构； 3. 对 AI Agent、大模型应用有浓厚兴趣；有课程项目、竞赛、个人 Demo；了解主流 Agent 框架，理解 Function Calling、RAG、多智能体协同、向量数据库基础原理。 4. 愿意学习制造业务，NPI 新产品导入制造业务流程。 加分：工业上位机 / MES 项目、多 Agent 工作流 Demo、NPI 产测业务经验。
