AI Agent平台研发：参与企业级AI Agent平台的核心后端开发，负责Agent编排、技能（Skill）管理、记忆模块及工具调用（Tool Use）等核心功能的架构设计与实现。 高可用后端服务：基于微服务架构（如Go/TypeScript/Python），设计并开发高性能、高并发的RESTful/gRPC API，支撑上层AI应用的稳定运行。 RAG与数据处理：负责非结构化数据的清洗、ETL流水线建设，以及基于向量数据库（如ChromaDB, Milvus）的检索增强生成（RAG）系统优化，提升知识库问答的准确率。 云原生与基础设施：参与CI/CD流水线建设，利用Docker、Kubernetes及IaC工具（如Terraform）实现服务的自动化部署与运维，保障系统的可扩展性。 多模态与流式处理：探索并实现基于WebSocket或SSE的实时流式数据传输，优化语音、文本等多模态数据的低延迟交互体验。

学历背景：计算机、软件工程或相关专业本科及以上学历，具备扎实的计算机理论基础（数据结构、算法、操作系统、网络）。 编程基础：精通至少一门后端开发语言（Go / Python / TypeScript / Java），代码风格良好，熟悉常见设计模式。 AI工程化经验： 熟悉 LangChain、LlamaIndex 等主流AI开发框架。 理解 RAG（检索增强生成）原理，有向量数据库使用经验者优先。 对 Agent（智能体）、Function Calling、Prompt Engineering 有实际项目经验者优先。 数据库与中间件：熟练使用关系型数据库（PostgreSQL/MySQL）和NoSQL数据库（Redis/MongoDB），了解消息队列（Kafka/RabbitMQ/SQS）的使用场景。 云原生技术栈：熟悉 Docker 容器化技术，了解 AWS/GCP/Azure 等云平台服务，有 Linux 环境开发经验。 综合素质：对AI技术有极高的热情，具备良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神，有较强的自我驱动力和问题解决能力。 加分项 有全栈开发经验（熟悉React/Vue/Next.js）。 熟悉大模型微调（Fine-tuning）或预训练流程。 在GitHub上有开源项目贡献，或在顶级会议发表过相关论文。
