1、负责感知导航团队 AI 基础设施建设，支撑大规模端到端模型的数据、训练与推理全链路高效运转。 2、数据管线：构建机器人多模态数据（图像、点云、轨迹、语言指令等）的采集、清洗、标注、存储与管理平台，打造高效的数据闭环。 3、训练基建：搭建并优化大规模分布式训练框架，支持多机多卡训练、混合精度、并行策略（DP / TP / PP / FSDP），提升训练吞吐与资源利用率。 4、推理基建：负责模型在机端 / 边缘 / 云端的高性能部署，实现模型量化、剪枝、蒸馏、算子优化与推理引擎集成（TensorRT / ONNX / TVM 等）。 5、建设实验管理、模型版本管理与 CI/CD 流程，提升算法团队整体研发效率。

1、2027 届本科及以上学历，计算机科学与技术、软件工程、电子信息等相关专业。 2、扎实的计算机系统、数据结构与算法基础，熟悉 Linux 开发环境与分布式系统原理。 3、熟悉以下至少一个方向并有实际经验： （1）大规模数据处理（Spark / Ray / 数据湖 / 流式处理）； （2）分布式训练（PyTorch DDP / DeepSpeed / Megatron / FSDP）； （3）推理优化与部署（CUDA / TensorRT / Triton / 模型量化压缩）。 4、熟练掌握 Python 与 C++，熟悉 Docker / Kubernetes，具备良好的工程架构能力。 5、加分项：大模型训练 / 推理基建经验、CUDA / 高性能计算经验、开源框架贡献、云原生与 MLOps 实践经验。
