1.训练数据价值挖掘与筛选：负责多源异构训练数据的深度价值评估与智能筛选，构建面向大模型预训练与微调的数据优选体系，从海量数据中挖掘高信息密度样本。 2.数据分布洞察与训练优化：主导训练数据分布分析、长尾场景识别与稀缺数据挖掘，设计样本均衡与数据配比策略，解决数据分布不均导致的模型性能瓶颈。 3.数据-模型协同分析：构建数据特征与模型训练表现的关联分析能力，通过训练日志与数据属性关联分析，定位数据缺陷并反向驱动数据策略迭代。 4.数据挖掘工具链建设：参与数据洞察、样本检索、训练集构建等工具的开发，支持算法团队高效完成数据探索与训练数据迭代。

1.硕士及以上学历，计算机科学、人工智能、数据科学等相关专业，2026届应届毕业生； 2.理论基础扎实：深入理解机器学习、数据挖掘、统计学原理，熟悉聚类分析、异常检测、信息检索等常用方法； 3.编程与工程能力：精通Python，熟悉PyTorch/TensorFlow等深度学习框架，具备扎实的数据结构与算法基础； 4.数据敏感度：具备良好的数据直觉与问题分析能力，善于从数据分布与训练现象中发现规律、定位问题； 5.大模型数据理解：了解大模型预训练与微调的基本流程，理解数据质量、分布、多样性对模型性能的影响； 6.项目或科研经历：有数据挖掘、机器学习相关课程项目、科研经历或竞赛经验（如Kaggle、天池等）。
