The posting

1. 负责第一人称（Ego-centric）与第三人称（Exo-centric）视角下的相机位姿估计（Visual Odometry / SLAM / Relocalization）算法研发，支持动态场景下的鲁棒轨迹追踪； 2. 负责手部检测（Hand Detection）、2D/3D手部姿态估计（Hand Pose Estimation）算法的设计与优化，支持复杂遮挡与交互场景； 3. 负责物体检测与6自由度姿态估计（6D Object Pose Estimation）算法研发，覆盖刚体与非刚体物体，支持类别级（Category-level）与实例级（Instance-level）估计； 4. 负责面向长时视频的场景理解（Video Scene Understanding），包括动作识别、时序行为分析、跨帧语义关联与动态场景解析； 5. 参与模型轻量化与端侧部署优化（TensorRT / ONNX / 量化剪枝），保障算法在边缘设备上的实时性与精度； 6. 与机器人运控、操作大模型等上下游团队紧密协作，推动数据闭环全链路技术打通。

1. 学历背景： 计算机科学、人工智能、自动化、机器人等相关专业，硕士及以上学历； 2. 编程能力： 熟练掌握 Python，精通 PyTorch 深度学习框架；有 C++ 开发经验者优先； 3. 专业基础： 扎实的计算机视觉与几何基础，熟悉多视图几何、相机模型与坐标系变换； 4. 方向匹配（至少满足以下一项）： - 熟悉相机位姿估计，了解特征点法 / 直接法 VO、视觉-惯性 SLAM、NeRF/3DGS-based Relocalization 等技术； - 熟悉手部检测与姿态估计，了解 MediaPipe、100-DOH、Hand-Object Contact、DexYCB 等相关工作与数据集； - 熟悉物体检测与6D姿态估计，了解 FoundationPose、SAM6D、BundleSDF、GDRNPP 等代表性方法； - 熟悉视频理解算法，了解 Video Swin Transformer、TimeSformer、MViT、VideoMAE 等视频骨干网络及时序建模方法； 5. 工程能力： 具备独立复现顶会论文的能力，有完整的模型训练、调优及性能分析经验； 6. 论文/竞赛： 在 CVPR、ICCV、ECCV、NeurIPS、ICLR、TPAMI、RSS 等顶级会议/期刊上发表过论文者优先；有 Ego4D Challenge、BOP Challenge、COCO 等竞赛经验者优先。
