1. 研究具身智能算法在EgoCentric具身智能领域的应用，探索自我中心视角下的视频生成、交互式世界模型、人-物体-场景联合建模等新型算法框架与技术方案； 2. 设计并实现EgoCentric具身感知与交互算法，解决第一人称视角下的三维场景理解、手物交互位姿估计、长序列任务规划与灵巧操作等核心挑战，并推动算法在可穿戴设备或实体机器人上的验证与落地； 3. 跨团队紧密合作，共同攻克EgoCentric具身智能中的感知-决策-执行闭环问题； 4. 参与高质量研究论文研究，在CVPR、ICCV、ICML、NeurIPS、ICLR、RSS等顶级会议或期刊上发表研究成果，并积极参与国际学术合作与技术分享。

1. 拥有计算机科学、人工智能、机器人、自动化、数学等相关领域的硕士或博士学位； 2. 深刻理解具身智能AI算法的基本原理，熟练掌握扩散模型、自回归模型、流模型等至少一种生成范式，数学基础扎实； 3. 熟悉EgoCentric视觉、三维视觉、位姿估计、手物交互感知等泛化性强的算法，在相关方向有过深入的研究实践； 4. 具备优秀的编程能力，熟练使用Python，精通PyTorch/TensorFlow等深度学习框架，有大规模数据处理与分布式训练经验者优先； 5. 具有较强的创新意识和独立研究能力，能够主动发现并定义有价值的研究问题，同时具备良好的团队合作与沟通能力； 6. 以第一作者或主要贡献者在CVPR、ICML、ICLR、NeurIPS、ICCV、ECCV、RSS等机器学习和计算机视觉顶级会议或期刊上发表过论文者优先；
