The posting

  • 参与关节模组关键指标（扭矩、速度、动态响应等）的需求分析，协助完成电机性能、效率、NVH 等技术指标的定义与 SOR 制定。
  • 参与模组供应商技术评估，协助完成零部件功能和性能验收，跟进系统层级的设计与测试闭环。
  • 参与关节模组机械设计需求定义，学习和参与谐波减速机、无框电机、制动器、编码器、驱动器、力矩传感器等核心零部件的方案设计及选型。
  • 参与关节模组软硬件需求定义，包括电机驱控板硬件需求、伺服控制算法需求、电机驱动底层软件需求，并在导师指导下参与相关开发工作。
  • 了解整机集成开发流程，参与模组适配及系统级验证工作。
  • 参与样件的单板调试与功能性能测试。

基本要求 - 电子、自动化、机电、计算机、通信等相关专业，2027届统招本科及以上学历（硕士优先）。 - 在以下方向中至少有一项课题研究、项目实践或实习经历：模组/机构结构设计、电机驱控板 PCB 设计、电机驱动/伺服控制软件开发。 - 了解关节模组的基本组成与工作原理，对减速机、无框电机、驱动器、编码器、力矩传感器等核心组件有基本认知。 - 具备 STM32 等 Arm 平台的开发基础，了解无刷电机 FOC 控制原理。

加分项 - 有机器人、工业自动化、伺服驱动方向的实习或竞赛经历（如 RoboMaster、电赛、机器人相关课题）。 - 了解永磁同步电机的本体结构、原理及制造工艺流程。 - 接触过 JMAG、MAXWELL 等电磁仿真软件。 - 了解磁编码器解算、滤波、补偿等相关开发调试。 - 熟悉 RS485、CAN、EtherCAT 等工业总线接口。
