Genie业务部专注打造可作业的通用具身智能机器人，以技术研究与场景落地并重，通过数据与算法驱动、软硬一体协同，引领智能作业新革命。目前我们已推出了一系列算法、硬件和软件，包括具身基座大模型、精灵G1/G2/G2 Air产品矩阵及Genie Studio一站式具身智能开发平台等，应用于工业、商业等作业智能场景。

应用工程师的职责围绕部署态项目和伙伴之间的重要沟通桥梁，明确技术路径和对准，围绕具身机器人 “算法 - 模型 - 应用 - 本体 - 末端执行” 全链路，负责对接部署态项目与伙伴之间的技术沟通，能力边界探索，跟进与伙伴合作的全生命周期管理，核心职责如下： 1. 了解工业部署态项目核心链路 对具身机器人在工业、消费、服务等场景的具备提供有参考价值的解决方案计划，协助解决方案工程师输出包含硬件选型、软件架构、部署流程的完整方案文档； 协助部署态项目落地，协调算法、硬件、测试团队解决部署中的兼容性、稳定性问题，确保项目按时交付； 制定部署态项目落地后的运维方案，包括与伙伴之间的协调和沟通。 2. 对算法与模型协同的熟悉掌握 对接算法团队，理解运动控制、感知决策、人机交互等核心算法逻辑，将算法能力转化为可落地的解决方案功能； 参与机器人模型优化，结合应用场景需求，提出模型轻量化、实时性提升建议（如模型压缩、推理加速方案）； 验证算法与模型在实际场景中的效果，收集异常数据并反馈给算法团队，推动迭代优化（如定位精度、抓取成功率提升）。 3. 前期配合项目组导入需求 深入调研目标行业（如制造业、物流、医疗）的具身机器人应用需求，输出需求分析报告和场景化解决方案； 负责应用功能的设计与落地，如工业场景的 “物料抓取 - 搬运 - 分拣” 全流程应用、服务场景的 “人机协同交互” 应用； 解决本体与末端执行器的兼容性问题，如机械接口匹配、控制信号同步、力控参数校准等。 4. 跨团队协作与文档输出给到伙伴 作为解决方案与伙伴的核心枢纽，需要协调算法、硬件、测试、产品团队推进项目，同步项目进度与风险； 输出标准化文档，包括解决方案手册、部署指南、运维手册、故障排查手册，支撑团队协作与客户交付。

1、核心技能要求 （1）对接伙伴能熟悉项目的具体表述和沟通 熟悉具身机器人 “算法 - 模型 - 应用 - 本体 - 末端执行” 全链路技术逻辑. - 到部署的落地经验； 具备场景分析能力，能从行业需求中提炼核心痛点，设计针对性的机器人解决方案（如工业抓取、服务交互场景）。 （2）算法与模型理解 理解具身机器人核心算法原理，包括运动控制（如轨迹规划、力控）、感知算法（如视觉识别、SLAM）、决策算法（如强化学习、行为树）； 了解深度学习模型在机器人中的应用，如目标检测模型（YOLO、Faster R-CNN）、姿态估计模型，能参与模型效果验证与优化。 （3）本体与末端执行适配 熟悉具身机器人本体结构，了解常见本体品牌（如珞石、天机）的技术参数与适配要求； 掌握末端执行器选型与调试方法，有 omnipicker、灵巧手、工业夹爪等末端执行器集成经验者优先。 （4）工具与技术栈 具备基础的编程能力，能使用 Python/C++ 编写简单的测试脚本或调试工具； 熟悉机器人开发工具，如 ROS（Robot Operating System）、MoveIt！，能使用工具进行机器人运动调试； 会使用 CAD、SolidWorks 等工具进行简单的机械结构适配设计者优先。 2、软技能要求 具备跨团队协作能力，能有效协调算法、硬件、产品等多团队推进项目； 有较强的问题解决能力，能快速定位并解决解决方案部署中的技术问题； 具备良好的文档撰写能力和沟通表达能力，能清晰输出方案文档并向团队 / 客户讲解方案。 3、加分项 有工业场景具身机器人解决方案落地经验（如汽车制造、3C 电子行业）； 熟悉末端执行器力控调试、本体运动精度校准等专项技术； 参与过开源具身机器人项目（如 NVIDIA Isaac Sim、ROS 2 项目）或有相关技术博客 / 专利者。

产出工作结果 1. 项目点对点沟通与伙伴赋能（核心职责 1） 作为项目核心对接人，负责与合作伙伴（如工业客户、渠道伙伴、技术合作方）进行点对点全流程沟通，明确项目需求（如部署场景、功能目标、交付节点），同步需求至内部团队； 跟进具身机器人部署态与伙伴的合作赋能，包括： 1）向伙伴输出部署前准备清单（如场地要求、硬件配套、数据接口规范）数据接口规范）； 2）现场 / 远程指导伙伴完成部署环境搭建，解决部署中的适配问题（如本体与末端执行器对接、算法模型本地化部署）； 3）提供伙伴培训赋能，包括机器人基础操作、日常运维、常见故障排查，确保伙伴具备独立使用能力； 4）建立项目沟通机制，定期（如每周）与伙伴同步项目进度、风险问题，形成沟通纪要，确保信息透明一致。

2. 项目落地与应用交付（核心职责 2） 配合内部团队（算法、硬件、测试）推进项目执行，制定项目落地计划，明确各环节时间节点（如设备生产、现场部署、功能调试、验收交付）；

主导支持伙伴与项目的现场落地工作，包括： 1）设备到场验收（本体、末端执行器、配套硬件的完整性与功能检测）； 2）部署调试（如运动控制算法适配、末端执行器抓取参数校准、应用场景功能验证）； 3）联合伙伴进行项目验收，收集验收反馈，推动内部团队解决遗留问题，确保项目通过验收； 4）确保年度至少完成 5 个具身机器人项目落地与应用交付，跟踪项目上线后 1-3 个月的运行情况。
