1. 参与硬件系统需求拆解与方案讨论，协助完成电源系统、通信接口（如以太网、SPI）、传感器模块等基础设计工作； 2. 负责部分零部件选型调研，定义零部件各项技术指标及测试验收标准；根据项目计划，完成该零部件的量产； 3. 协助解决该零部件集成过程中的各项软硬件问题； 4. 支持小改款整机项目的硬件系统设计方案设计及落地； 5. 对标行业内其他头部机器人公司的解决方案，设计智元的机器人硬件方案； 6. 跟踪先进的硬件技术，并将其应用到机器人上；

1. 大学本科及以上学历，电子信息工程、自动化、通信工程、微电子相关专业； 2. 掌握电路原理、模拟电子技术、数字电子技术等核心基础知识，了解硬件系统基本架构（如电源、接口、传感器模块）； 3. 对可靠性工程有初步认知（如了解 DFMEA、MTBF 等基础概念），或在课程设计、科研项目中接触过硬件测试、可靠性相关内容优先； 4. 熟悉硬件设计工具（如 Altium、Cadence）的基础操作，能看懂原理图及 PCB 布局图的优先； 5. 具有独立承担项目开发能力，具备一定项目管理系统分析能力； 6. 沟通能力强，较好的团队合作能力； 7. 大学做过无线电射频相关课题的优先； 8. 大学开展过机器人比赛优先； 9. 具备软件调试能力的优先；
