1.参与部署项目的需求分析和技术拆解，基于已有标准化软硬件框架完成项目全流程方案设计 2.结合项目需求完成新算法方案的设计，与算法一起完成可行性验证；梳理任务全流程，作为项目负责人完成方案宣讲并跟进整个项目落地阶段的功能实现直到交付。 3.按项目需求，完成机器人本体任务流程与外设的接口通信协议及字段定义，对接客户方调度系统。 4.设计正常流程、边界工况、异常恢复和数据回流、功能降级和安全策略等策略。 5.参与真机集成与现场联调，定位跨算法、软件和硬件的问题并推动闭环。 6.沉淀系统方案、接口文档、测试方案、验收标准和故障排查说明，持续完善标准化部署方案，赋能后续更多项目。

1.硕士研究生及以上学历，机器人、自动化、控制、计算机、电子信息、机械电子等相关专业。 2.有机器人比赛、机器人相关实习或真机项目经验者优先。 具备良好的 C++ 和 Python 编程能力。 3.理解机器人感知、规划、控制、任务编排、硬件接口及通信链路，具备全局软硬件架构设计能力。 4.熟悉 Linux、Git，具备系统调试、日志分析和问题闭环能力。
