1.硕士研究生及以上学历，计算机、机器人、人工智能、自动化、软件工程等相关专业。 2.有很好的工具链方案设计意识，有很强的架构设计意识，愿意投入时间打磨方案 3.熟练使用 Python，具备良好的工程编码能力；掌握 C++ 者优先。 4.能够从算法研发流程中抽象共性需求，具备工具链产品设计和系统架构设计能力。 5.熟悉 Linux、Git，理解数据、训练、评测、模型管理和部署的基本流程。
