1. 负责机器人数据采集链路、数据质量评估与闭环优化方案设计，推动遥操作、传感器、运控、任务执行等多源数据的统一定义、采集、标注、回流和使用。 2. 负责 VLA、多模态感知模型等在机器人系统中的应用架构设计，推动模型在端侧、边侧、云侧的部署、评测、迭代和闭环优化。 3. 负责模型评测体系设计，包括感知模型、策略模型、动作模型、任务成功率、泛化能力、稳定性、时延、资源消耗等指标体系建设。 4. 负责打通端到边、边到云的数据与模型闭环，协同算法、平台、运控、感知、遥操作团队推进系统落地。 结合机器人本体能力，推动模型方案与运控、传感器、遥操作、数据采集系统协同设计，保障模型能力在真实机器人场景中可用、可验证、可迭代。 5. 参与关键项目的系统集成验证、问题分析与方案优化，推动复杂场景下模型应用的稳定性和工程可落地性持续提升。

1. 本科及以上学历，机器人、自动化、计算机、电子信息、控制、人工智能等相关专业。 2. 理解数据闭环、模型闭环、训练与部署链路，熟悉数据质量、模型评测、模型版本管理、训练迭代等核心流程。 3. 对 VLA、多模态感知模型、强化学习或后训练等方向有较好的认知，能够从系统视角分析模型落地问题。 4. 熟悉机器人基础能力，包括运控、传感器、遥操作、数据采集中的一个或多个方向，能够理解数据来源、约束和实际应用链路。 5. 具备较强的系统抽象能力、跨团队协作能力和问题拆解能力，能够从需求出发完成方案定义并推动落地。 6. 具备良好的文档能力、接口定义能力、验证思维和工程意识。
