The posting

1. 负责多关节机器人运动学及动力学建模、辨识、仿真以及相关控制算法开发调试； 2. 负责机器人力控相关算法开发与调试，包括且不仅限于干扰观测器、碰撞检测、虚拟墙、零空间优化、导纳/阻抗控制、力位混合控制、全闭环控制等功能开发； 3. 负责双臂以及多冗余自由度形态的机器人全身力控算法开发，使机器人具备与环境接触时具备柔顺交互能力，并将传统力控和RL相结合，以获得更好的力控性能，最终实际场景进行应用开发完成产品化落地； 4. 负责调研和探索前沿的力控算法，包括全身力控，基于强化学习（RL）的智能力控，触觉反馈与视觉/力觉的跨模态融合力控等等； 5. 协助测试制定定测试用例及测试方案，根据测试反馈结果进行算法验证与优化； 6. 根据产品开发计划、功能需求以及实际应用场景完成相关业务程序开发及代码维护，不断对控制系统进行完善；

1. 硕士及以上学历，自动化，控制科学与工程，机械电子工程，计算机等相关专业； 2. 具备扎实的控制理论、数学基础，熟练掌握多刚体动力学建模、单关节及整机系统辨识； 3. 熟悉动力学控制，whole body control，operational space control，观测器设计，滤波器， 轨迹规划等等; 4. 具备较强的编程能力（Linux、C/C++、Python、matlab）及算法仿真能力，熟悉常见仿真器如Mujoco/Bullet/Webots/Gazebo/CoppeliaSim/Isaac中一种或多种; 5. 具有良好的文献调研和英文阅读能力，熟悉机器人中的数值优化方法，可利用优化理论处理机器人控制问题; 6. 工作态度积极认真，责任心强，具有良好的团队合作； 7. 加分项： 1）数学能力突出（建模、优化理论） 2）具备力感知，力控制产品化经验 3）柔性力控机械臂开发经验，力控谐波关节或者直驱关节均可 4）深度学习，强化学期结合力控的开发经验
