该职位负责研发测试场地整体运营管理，包括测试场地分配、机器设备状态跟踪、场地规划与改造协调、5S现场管理等。依据公司场地管理制度，建立并执行场地管理标准流程，优化场地资源配置，提升场地使用效率，支撑研发测试、生产交付及项目演示任务的顺利推进。 主要职责： 1.统筹研发测试场地整体规划、资源分配与目视化看板建设，透明化场地资源管理；协调各部门使用需求、化解场地冲突，最大化场地利用效率。 2.全面负责动捕设备、中试线设备、行车吊轨及研发测试、装配类全品类设备设施的台账建立、状态跟踪、日常巡检与全生命周期管理。 3.制定并落地各类设备日常维护、定期保养、点检计划，跟进故障报修、维修进度、借用调拨与归还全流程，保障设备完好可用、资产全程可追溯。 4.统筹测试场地日常排期、预约签到及紧急测试需求协调，优先保障重点项目场地与设备资源使用，规范场地使用秩序。 5.对接场地改造、基建装修、水电消防及吊轨 / 中试线配套施工协调，跟进施工进度、处置现场异常，参与改造方案评审，匹配研发测试与设备安装使用要求。 6.落实现场 5S 管理及安全巡查，排查消防通道、用电、设备接地、起重设施等安全隐患，推动问题整改与现场持续改善。 7.定期统计场地使用率、设备完好率、利用率、异常停机等运营指标，分析资源与设备配置瓶颈，输出优化建议并编制运营周报 / 月报。 8.执行安全生产及合规管理要求，统筹消防检查、特种设备年检、行车吊轨等特种设施合规校验，完善安全预案并处置突发安全事件。 9.联动研发、采购、质量、生产等部门，协调场地共享、设备调拨、物资存放及设备维保跨部门事务，推动问题闭环解决。 10.制定优化场地及设备设施管理制度、SOP 作业流程，推进场地预约、设备台账数字化建设，沉淀运维管理最佳实践并标准化推广

1.本科及以上学历，工程管理、工业工程、自动化、机械工程等相关专业优先。 2.对研发测试场地规划、设备管理知识如TPM、OEE、MTBF等设备运维管理方法有一定了解者优先。 3.能使用 CAD/Visio 绘制场地及设备布局图，熟练 Excel/PPT 做数据统计、运维分析及工作汇报。 4.责任心强、细心严谨，具备良好组织协调、问题处置及数据分析能力，可独立处理场地、设备突发异常，推动跨部门协作，适配多项目并行、多设备同步运维节奏。 5.工作主动踏实，能适应研发测试现场环境，抗压性强、执行力及团队协作意识佳，服从工作安排。
