1. 负责具身/机器人领域的感知算法设计和研发，包括视觉和激光的2D/3D识别、分割、追踪任务，以及场景理解，Occupancy等任务 2. 参与通用感知模型的优化加速，迭代高效易部署的新算法，对不同模型做有效量化。 3. 在AI领域前沿展开创新性的研究，通过数据闭环持续迭代端到端模型能力。

1. 具备坚实的科研背景，具备图像分类，目标检测，关键点检测，语义分割，目标跟踪，点云检测，Bev融合，单目/多目深度估计，三维重建中一个或多个领域有过深入研究和量产经验。 2. 具备扎实的C++/python编程能力；掌握pytorch、tensorflow、caffe等至少一种主流的深度学习框架。 3. 具有自动驾驶和大视觉语言模型的研究经历优先，有模型加速经验和网络量化经验优先。 4. 面对未知领域的问题，有非常强的自学能力。 5. 在CVPR/ICCV/ECCV/NeurPS/ICLR/ACL/EMNLP等学术顶会有相关论文发表，或在相关国际竞赛中取得优异成绩者优先。
