1.深度参与 IPD 流程建设与优化，赋能跨职能团队和推进质量活动在需求-设计-验证-量产各阶段有效落地。 2.结合可靠性工程，主导建立公司级Master DFMEA和Master DVP库，定义关键零部件的风险基线与验证基线。 3.结合公司技术路线，牵头组织跨团队小组建立核心零部件及核心工艺的企业标准。 4.建立并维护质量度量体系（关键质量指标、成熟度评估、缺陷逃逸率等），定期输出项目质量报告，数据驱动持续改进。 5.建立 Lessons Learned 机制，定期将经验教训反哺到现有体系和标准中。 6.作为内部教练，赋能项目团队正确运用研发质量工具，贯彻质量文化。 7.参与整机级别的研发质量活动，如设计评审、测试评审、问题闭环、变更管理。 8.作为APQP Leader，端到端负责核心自研零部件的产品/过程设计、开发及质量管理，为最终的质量目标负责。 9.将项目中的最佳实践和经验教训实时沉淀为各项模板和企业标准，反哺到研发质量知识库中。

1. 本科及以上学历，有行业研究/战略研究经验者优先； 2. 数据敏感，理解能力强，具备独立分析能力，创新思维、底层思维、系统性思维和快速学习能力 3. 抗压能力强，责任心强，擅长多任务管理，闭环能力强 4. 具备良好的项目管理、流程设计和协调能力 5. 具备较强的用户思维，用于接受挑战。
