我们正在寻找一位对机器人前沿技术充满热情的算法集成工程师，加入我们的团队，共同打造能够理解、感知并执行复杂任务的下一代机器人。 作为机器人算法集成工程师，您将是连接前沿算法与真实世界应用的关键桥梁。您的核心使命是将具身智能、感知、运动规划与控制等各个独立的算法模块，高效、稳定地集成到统一的机器人系统中，并最终在工业、办公、家庭等多种实际场景中实现智能任务。您需要具备系统级的思维和出色的工程实现能力，让机器人从“数字智能”走向“物理智能”。

主要职责： 系统集成与架构设计： 负责机器人软件系统的核心集成工作，将具身大模型、传统感知、SLAM、运动规划与控制等模块进行深度融合，设计高内聚、低耦合的系统架构。 算法落地与性能优化： 与顶尖的算法团队紧密合作，将最新的VLA、强化学习、SLAM等算法模型部署到机器人平台上，并通过C++/Python代码优化、模块剪枝、硬件加速等手段，确保算法在真实环境中的实时性与稳定性。 场景化任务实现： 针对工业分拣、室内递送、家庭服务等具体场景，设计和实现端到端的机器人任务流程，例如“寻找并抓取某物体”、“导航到某位置并执行操作”等。 工具链与接口开发： 开发并维护配套的仿真测试、数据采集、可视化调试等工具链，为算法迭代和系统调试提供强大支持。设计标准化、易用的API接口，赋能其他开发者和合作伙伴。 系统测试与问题排查： 在真实和仿真环境中进行全面的系统集成测试，快速定位并解决跨模块的复杂技术问题，持续提升系统的鲁棒性和可靠性。 技术文档编写： 撰写清晰的设计文档、集成指南和Demo示例，沉淀技术知识，推动团队的技术成长。

计算机、自动化、 Robotics 或相关专业本科及以上学历。 必备技能： 具备扎实的C++和Python编程能力，熟悉至少一种主流机器人开发框架（如ROS/ROS2/Apollo等）。 核心知识： 对机器人关键技术有系统性理解，了解以下一个或多个领域的原理与应用： 具身智能/具身大模型 运动规划与控制 传统视觉/激光感知 定位与地图构建 集成经验： 有实际项目经验，能够将不同算法模块（如感知输出给规划，规划指令下发给运控）进行串联和集成，并解决其中的接口、时序、性能瓶颈等问题。 工程素养： 具备优秀的系统设计能力和良好的编程习惯，注重代码的可读性、可维护性与可扩展性。 个人特质： 对机器人技术有强烈的热情，具备出色的学习能力、解决问题的能力和团队协作精神，对交付高质量的成果有高度责任心。 符合以下条件者优先： 拥有在真实机器人平台上部署并调通VLA、RL等前沿算法的项目经验。 在GitHub上有相关的机器人开源项目或在编程竞赛中取得过优异成绩。
