1、全日制本科及以上学历，计算机、信息安全等相关专业，有 Android 安全、移动安全、安全测试经验； 2、熟悉 Android 系统、权限模型、四大组件和常见数据存储机制，具备逆向分析能力； 3、熟练使用 JADX、MobSF、Frida、IDA、OD等工具，能够独立编写 Hook 和自动化检测脚本； 4、具备一定开发能力（Python/Shell/PowserShell）等，有工具开发经验优先； 5、熟练掌握渗透测试流程及使用相关安全工具，具备实际漏洞挖掘经验； 6、持有CISSP、CISP、OSCP、CEH 等认证者优先。

1、负责APP 安全与隐私合规检测能力建设，结合静态分析、动态 Hook、自动化和网络分析，识别应用的数据收集、权限使用及第三方 SDK 风险； 2、负责建设基于 AI Agent 的自动化审计平台，实现检测任务编排、Hook 点分析、运行结果聚合、风险复核和报告生成； 3、负责输出可复现的安全与合规报告，跟进问题整改，并与研发、产品和合规团队协作完善检测标准； 4、负责部分渗透测试、风险评估任务，识别系统风险并提出修复方案，并负责跟进漏洞在业务部分的修复。
