1.负责具身机器人操作系统核心模块研发，包括但不限于硬件抽象层、实时内核、任务/技能调度框架等，确保系统原生适配各类异构机器人硬件，实现软硬件解耦，提升软件复用率。 2.聚焦系统高效性优化，针对机器人感知-认知-动作闭环链路，优化任务调度机制、内存管理、IO交互及多模态数据传输效率，降低系统延迟与抖动，契合具身智能操作系统对高效协同的核心需求。 3.负责系统可靠性建设，设计并实现故障检测、容错恢复、健康监控及安全内核机制，在物理执行前保障安全约束与价值伦理要求，提升系统长期运行稳定性与鲁棒性。 4.主导操作系统开源生态搭建与维护，参与开源社区运营，设计开源协作机制，对接开发者需求，推动核心代码迭代、文档完善及开源工具链优化，构建“硬件厂商-开发者-应用方”的协同生态。 5.对接机器人感知、控制、执行等相关团队，打通系统与多传感器（视觉、激光、IMU等）、执行机构（机械臂、底盘等）的适配链路，解决系统集成过程中的技术瓶颈。

1.全日制本科及以上学历，计算机科学与技术、自动化、机器人工程、软件工程等相关专业； 2.熟练使用C/C++/Python编程语言，熟悉面向对象设计、设计模式及软件工程实践，具备扎实的底层开发功底。 3.理解现代操作系统原理，对成为linux kernel的maintain有兴趣。 4.有过开源项目开发或贡献经验，熟悉Git版本管理、CI/CD流程，能独立主导模块开发、代码评审及问题排查。
