酷拓是智元旗下专注四足机器人的独资子公司，以全地形智能移动与作业平台为核心定位。依托智元“三智一体”技术底座，彻底打破传统机器人“腿长脑子空”的局限，将其升级为具备自主决策能力的AGI四足新物种。 一、定位： 在导师带领下，连接「产品/研发 — 生态伙伴 — 最终客户」三端，把机器人产品能力转化为可落地、可复制的场景标杆与数据化运营，快速成长为独当一面的生态产品运营。 二、团队 & 业务背景：围绕具身智能与四足机器人（巡检 / 巡逻 / 导览 / 末端物流 / 数据采集等）在文旅、化工园区、智慧园区等垂直场景的规模化落地，公司与生态伙伴（园区物联/安防平台、系统集成商、行业标杆客户、数据平台）共建 POC 与样板项目。你将从真实的一线标杆项目切入，接触"产品—伙伴—客户"完整链路，而不是只做单点执行。 三、你将做什么（在导师带领下逐步上手） 1、参与生态 POC 项目落地：协助推进标杆项目从平台接入 → 业务融合与场景抽象 → 客户参观推广 → 数据沉淀的分阶段落地，跟进里程碑节点与交付结果。 2、支撑多方协同：协助统筹内部研发团队、生态伙伴、集成商与最终客户的沟通节奏，跟踪问题清单、推动闭环，做好会议纪要与进展同步。 3、学习产品能力评估与需求转化：在指导下阅读机型 SDK/API 与客户 PRD，参与能力清点、需求比对与差距分析，协助输出场景/数据接入方案，并学会识别关键技术风险。 4、参与数据化运营与看板搭建：协助设计与维护运营看板/数据驾驶舱的指标（离线指标 → 设备实时监控 → 工单打通），用数据发现运营与硬件/交互问题。 5、协助标杆呈现：参与全场景演示、样板点参观筹备，整理结构化、品牌一致的汇报材料（单页 PPT / 方案文档）。 6、运营提效与工具化：尝试用低代码与 AI 工具（如飞书 Aily / 多维表格 / Claude 等）搭建自动化流程，降低重复性运营与文档处理成本。 7、进度与风险跟进：维护项目周报/看板与待办清单，及时预警风险、跟进阻断项。

1、2027 届应届毕业生（2026 届优秀毕业生亦可），本科及以上学历。 2、专业不限，以下相关方向优先：计算机 / 自动化 / 机器人工程 / 电子信息 / 工业工程 / 数据科学，或市场营销 / 工商管理 / 信息管理等复合背景。 3、强学习能力与技术理解力：愿意钻研并读懂 SDK/API/PRD 等技术文档，能与研发同学有效沟通（不要求会写代码，但要不怕技术）。 4、良好的沟通协同与推进意识：能在多方之间跟进事项、推动落地，做事有条理、responsive。 5、结构化表达能力：PPT / 文档写作扎实，逻辑清晰，敢于在公开场合表达。 6、对数据敏感：具备基础数据分析意识，会用 Excel，了解或愿意学习 SQL / BI 工具。 7、特质：目标感强、皮实抗压、主动补位，能适应快速迭代的一线业务节奏。 加分项 1、有 toB 运营 / 产品 / 项目 / 解决方案 / BD 相关实习经历。 2、有学生工作、社团组织、赛事（数学建模/商赛/创业赛等） 中的统筹协调或数据分析经历。 3、对具身智能 / 机器人 / IoT / 智慧园区 / 文旅科技等方向有明确兴趣或项目经历。 4、熟练使用 AI 工具（Claude、飞书 Aily 等） 或飞书生态（多维表格、低代码）提升效率。 5、了解数据可视化工具，或有 3DGS 数据采集、边缘计算等前沿方向的接触。
