1. 属地项目交付：负责本地项目设备开箱检验、硬件安装、系统部署、整机联调、功能验证、客户操作培训、验收材料准备，推动项目验收闭环。 2. 故障排查与技术支持：远程 + 客户现场处理软硬件故障，定位硬件、驱动、系统、应用层问题，联动国内研发团队协同解决技术卡点。 3. 本地伙伴赋能：编写英文交付 SOP、调试指引、故障排查手册；面向本地代理商、集成服务商开展线上线下实操培训，建立合作方自主交付、自主运维能力。 4. 问题迭代：汇总现场共性 Bug、本地化适配需求，结构化同步产品与研发团队，参与版本回归测试、持续优化交付流程。 5. 客户持续维保服务：项目交付后提供长期技术支持、定期回访，跟踪遗留问题，保障机器人稳定运行，维护客户满意度。

1. 本科及以上学历，机械工程、自动化、电子工程、计算机、机器人工程相关专业；有机电拆装、机器人调试、设备运维实习优先；接受境外全日制本科（留服可认证）。 2. 英语流利，工作语言；可独立英文现场沟通、输出故障报告、面向客户和代理商开展实操培训。 3. 硬性技能：熟练 Ubuntu/Linux、终端命令；动手能力强，可以独立拆装、检修机器人硬件，具备软硬件联合排障能力；文档撰写能力扎实。 4. 可接受北美区域内短途跨城差旅（周边州客户现场）；现场应急能力强，能够独立处置突发技术问题。 5. 动手导向、严谨细心，具备优秀故障排查思路和团队协作意识。
