1、负责招聘全流程运营支持，跟进需求、简历、面试、反馈、offer 等关键节点，提升招聘推进效率。 2、建立并维护招聘数据看板，定期输出渠道、漏斗、周期、转化率等数据分析，支持招聘决策。 3、梳理并搭建招聘流程标准、SOP、数据口径及协同机制，推动招聘工作规范化、可视化。 4、探索并应用AI工具，提升简历处理、数据统计、候选人沟通、文案生成及流程自动化效率。 5、支持招聘项目、渠道运营及候选人体验优化，沉淀可复用的方法和工具。

1、2027届本科及以上学历，人力资源管理、心理学、工商管理等相关专业优先。 2、数据敏感度高，熟练使用 Excel、飞书表格/多维表格等工具，具备数据整理与分析能力。 3、具备流程意识和标准化思维，能独立梳理问题并推动机制落地。 4、对 AI 工具有实际使用经验或强烈兴趣，愿意将 AI 应用于日常工作提效。 5、细致负责，沟通协作能力强，适应科技公司快速变化的业务节奏。 6、有机器人、AI、智能硬件、自动驾驶或高端制造行业招聘运营实习经验者优先。
