1. 参与机器人云服务平台、设备管理平台、开放平台、Agent 平台等产品规划和需求设计。 2. 负责云端产品能力设计，包括设备管理、账号权限、应用管理、数据回传、日志诊断、监控告警、OTA、License、开放 API 等。 3. 调研机器人行业、云服务平台、IoT 平台、AI Agent 平台等方向的产品形态和行业趋势。 4. 深入理解研发、交付、运营、生态伙伴和客户需求，输出 PRD、流程图、原型图和产品方案。 5. 协同研发、测试、设计、运营、交付团队，推动需求评审、开发落地、验收上线和效果复盘。 6. 参与平台型产品的数据指标设计，包括设备活跃、任务执行、接口调用、异常率、转化率等。 7. 支持客户项目、生态伙伴接入、私有化部署、海外化等场景下的产品方案设计。 8. 参与产品文档、开放平台文档、用户手册、内部培训材料的建设。

1. 计算机、软件工程、信息管理、自动化、电子信息、工业工程等相关专业优先，本科及以上学历。 2. 对云服务、AI、机器人、IoT、SaaS、开发者平台等方向有浓厚兴趣。 3. 具备较好的逻辑思维、需求分析、结构化表达和文档能力。 4. 能够理解基础技术概念，如 API、数据库、权限、日志、消息、设备连接、云边协同等。 5. 熟悉 Axure、Figma、墨刀、飞书文档、ProcessOn、Draw.io 等工具者优先。 6. 有产品实习、技术项目、创业项目、开源社区、机器人竞赛、AI 应用项目经验者优先。 7. 具备较强的沟通协调能力，能在多角色之间推动问题闭环。 8. 不要求一开始就懂所有技术，但要求学习能力强、好奇心强、责任心强。
