1. 负责数据采集供应链的管理：供应商寻源、准入、定点与日常管理，覆盖采集设备、采集服务、数据处理等环节 2. 负责供应商质量过程管控：跟踪采集交付的质量指标（验收通过率、返工率、交付及时率等），识别质量问题并推动供应商整改闭环 3. 建立并执行供应商绩效管理机制：定期绩效打分与分级，依据绩效结果分配订单份额、实施优胜劣汰 4. 跟进采集硬件资源：了解各构型采集设备（相机/手套/动捕等）的性能特点与产能约束，参与设备采购、分配与投产规划 5. 参与采集规范的落地与监督：熟悉数据采集规范（场景要求、验收标准、质量口径），对接供应商与产线确保交付达标 6. 维护供应链数据与产能模型：设备台账、供应商产能、单耗与成本分析，支撑定点与排产决策

1.2026/2027 届本科及以上，供应链管理、机械电子、自动化、计算机等相关专业优先 2.对机器人/具身智能数据采集有基本认知，了解常见采集硬件（深度相机、数据手套、UMI 等）特点者优先 3.了解质量管理基本方法（过程管控、PDCA 闭环、绩效考核），有供应商管理或质量实习经历者优先 4.逻辑与数据能力强：熟练使用 Excel/SQL，能做产能测算、绩效统计与成本分析 5.沟通协调能力好，能对接供应商、产线、交付多方；自驱、抗压，愿意深入一线 6.加分项： 有机器人/自动驾驶/数据标注行业实习经历；熟悉数据采集规范或有实操经验；英文读写良好
