酷拓是智元旗下专注四足机器人的独资子公司，以全地形智能移动与作业平台为核心定位。依托智元“三智一体”技术底座，彻底打破传统机器人“腿长脑子空”的局限，将其升级为具备自主决策能力的AGI四足新物种。 1.负责新产品导入（NPI）阶段组装工艺方案的设计、验证与落地，保障量产组装质量与效率； 2.主导新产品组装流程、SOP、作业指导书的制定与优化； 3.协同结构、硬件、生产团队完成组装工艺评审，识别可制造性问题（DFM）并推动改进； 4.负责新产品试产阶段的组装执行、问题跟踪与闭环管理； 5.输出组装工艺相关文档（PFMEA、作业指导书、产线布局图等）； 6.推动组装工艺的标准化、自动化与精益化改造； 7.配合品质、生产团队解决量产过程中出现的组装异常。

1.本科及以上学历，材料、机械、电气类等相关专业； 2.熟悉新产品导入流程与组装工艺开发方法； 3.掌握钣金、注塑、电子组装等主流组装工艺，具备DFM分析与改善能力； 4.具备较强的现场问题分析与解决能力，能快速响应产线异常； 5.具备良好的文档撰写与跨部门协作能力； 6.有机器人、消费电子、智能硬件NPI经验者优先； 7.能承受新产品导入阶段的加班与项目压力。 加分项 1.有完整NPI项目从试产到量产的导入经验； 2.熟悉自动化装配设备、机器人手臂集成应用； 3.有精益生产、六西格玛等方法论实战经验。
