1、负责人形机器人感知导航的仿真平台建设，基于 NVIDIA Isaac Sim / Isaac Lab 构建高保真、可扩展的仿真训练与测试环境。 2、搭建多样化的仿真场景（室内 / 室外 / 复杂地形 / 动态人群等），支持感知、导航、端到端模型的大规模数据生成与策略训练。 3、研发高保真传感器仿真（相机 / LiDAR / IMU 等）与物理引擎建模，缩小 Sim-to-Real（仿真到真实） 差距。 4、构建大规模并行仿真与强化学习 / 模仿学习训练管线，支撑端到端导航模型的高效迭代。 5、建设自动化仿真评测体系（benchmark / 回归测试），为算法迭代提供可量化、可复现的评估闭环。

1、2027 届本科及以上学历，计算机、自动化、机器人、机械、图形学等相关专业。 2、熟悉机器人仿真平台，有 Isaac Sim / Isaac Lab / Isaac Gym 使用或开发经验者优先（亦接受 Gazebo / MuJoCo / PyBullet / Habitat 等经验）。 3、熟悉机器人学基础（运动学 / 动力学 / 坐标变换）、物理引擎原理与传感器建模。 4、熟练掌握 Python，了解 USD / Omniverse 生态、ROS / ROS2 者优先，有图形学 / 渲染基础者加分。 5、加分项：大规模并行仿真 / 强化学习训练经验、Sim-to-Real 项目经验、人形机器人或具身智能相关项目、相关顶会论文或竞赛获奖。
