酷拓是智元旗下专注四足机器人的独资子公司，以全地形智能移动与作业平台为核心定位。依托智元“三智一体”技术底座，彻底打破传统机器人“腿长脑子空”的局限，将其升级为具备自主决策能力的AGI四足新物种。 1.负责机器人产品的可靠性测试方案设计与执行，覆盖环境、机械、寿命等多维度； 2.主导可靠性测试项目（HALT/HASS、高低温、湿热、振动、跌落、盐雾等）的计划与落地； 3.负责可靠性测试环境的搭建、维护与持续优化； 4.协同研发、品质团队完成可靠性问题分析与改进跟踪，推动MTBF持续提升； 5.输出可靠性测试报告与质量评估结论，输出产品规格与可靠性指标建议； 6.跟踪产品全生命周期可靠性数据，建立可靠性数据库与失效分析体系； 7.参与新产品可靠性评审与设计改进，推动DFR（Design for Reliability）落地。

1.本科及以上学历，自动化、计算机、电子信息、机械电子、可靠性工程等相关专业； 2.熟悉可靠性基础理论（威布尔分布、加速寿命试验、FMEA等）与方法； 3.熟悉常用环境与机械可靠性测试标准（GB、GJB、IEC、ISO等）； 4.熟练操作常用可靠性测试设备（高低温箱、振动台、跌落机等）； 5.具备扎实的失效分析与问题定位能力； 6.具备良好的文档撰写与跨部门协作能力； 7.有机器人、消费电子、汽车电子可靠性测试经验者优先。 加分项 1.有HALT/HASS项目实战经验； 2.有可靠性建模、寿命预测等高级可靠性工程经验； 3.熟悉六西格玛、DFSS等方法论。
