灵犀是智元半尺寸人形机器人的核心产品线，也是智元最年轻、最具创新活力的团队之一。我们打造了智元首个爆款产品灵犀X2，累计销量超6000台。这里技术大牛汇聚、工程师文化浓厚，你将深度参与从技术创新、产品定义到规模化落地的全过程，与顶尖团队共同定义下一代人形智能交互服务终端。

1. 末端能力工具化:把机器人末端能力(自主导航、语音对话、manipulation 等)封装成 Agent 可调用的 tool / MCP 接口,定义清晰、稳定、易用的接口契约(适配层只做协议转换,不含决策)。 2. Feature 层 C++ 封装:在 feature 层对底层机器人 SDK / ROS2 能力做 C++ 封装,向上暴露友好接口,屏蔽底层细节,保证接口稳定与可复用。 3. Skill / Workflow 编排:基于本项目框架设计 skill 与 workflow,把多个原子能力组合成可复用技能,实现迎宾、跑腿等垂类场景的机器人部署业务能力。 4. 协作与打磨:与 runtime / 认知层团队协同,共同打磨 tool 调用协议与能力接口,推动端到端任务在真机上跑通。

1 基本要求： - 2027 届本科及以上,计算机 / 软件工程 / 自动化 / 机器人 / 电子等相关专业。 - 扎实的 C++ 功底(现代 C++ 优先),有良好的接口设计与工程化意识。 - 熟悉至少一门脚本 / 应用语言(Python / TypeScript 等),学习能力强能快速上手新栈(项目主体为 TypeScript,无 TS 经验可,入职培养)。 - 理解 API / SDK 封装与接口抽象,关注接口的易用性、稳定性与边界设计。 - 有完整的工程项目经历(课程项目 / 实习 / 开源 / 竞赛),能独立交付一个模块。 2 加分项： - 有 ROS / ROS2 / DDS 使用经验,做过机器人相关开发(导航 / 操作 / 语音 / 感知任一)。 - 了解 LLM Agent / Function Calling / Tool Use / MCP 等概念与生态。 - 有具身智能 / 机器人本体集成 / 真机部署经验。 - 熟悉 TypeScript / Node.js,或有跨语言桥接(C++ ↔ 脚本语言)经验。 - 参与过框架 / SDK / 中间件 / 插件体系设计,理解可扩展性与解耦。
