1. 负责灵创平台机器人自主智能应用开发，面向导航、找人找物、交互、作业等场景，构建可落地的机器人 Skill 与应用。 2. 基于 LLM/VLM、Agent 等技术，实现自然语言指令理解、任务拆解、环境感知、决策规划与技能调用。 3. 打通感知、导航、运控、操作、交互等机器人能力，实现多技能组合的长程任务自主执行。 4. 负责机器人 Skill/Agent 开发框架及工具链建设，降低自主智能应用的开发和创作门槛。 5. 完成真机集成、场景调试及问题定位，持续提升复杂场景下任务成功率、稳定性和泛化能力。

计算机、人工智能、机器人、自动化等相关专业本科及以上学历。 熟悉 Python/C++，具备较强的软件工程及机器人系统开发能力。 熟悉 LLM/VLM、Agent、任务规划或具身智能相关技术，有实际项目经验。 熟悉 ROS/ROS2，了解机器人感知、导航、运控或操作中的至少一个方向。 具备较强的真机调试、系统集成和复杂问题定位能力。
