1、负责具身智能机器人关节驱控系统研发，包括关节驱动器底层软件、电机控制算法及相关功能开发，面向机械臂、腿部、腰部等高性能一体化关节应用。 2、负责关节驱动器底层软件开发与维护，包括： -MCU/DSP 实时控制软件架构设计与开发； -PWM、ADC、SPI、UART、CAN/CAN FD、EtherCAT 等外设及通信接口开发； -编码器、电流采样、温度传感器、母线电压等底层驱动开发； -Bootloader、固件升级、参数管理、日志、故障诊断等基础软件开发； -中断、DMA、实时任务调度及控制周期优化。 3、负责 PMSM/BLDC 电机控制算法开发、调试与性能优化，包括： FOC 矢量控制；电流环、速度环、位置环控制；SVPWM、电流采样及重构；电角度/机械角度处理； 电机参数辨识、零位标定及编码器校准；电流、速度、位置、扭矩控制模式开发。 4、负责机器人关节力控相关功能开发与调试，包括： 扭矩控制、阻抗控制、位置/速度/力矩混合控制；扭矩传感器采集、标定、调零及闭环控制；摩擦补偿、重力补偿、前馈控制等；优化低速平稳性、扭矩跟随、反驱性能和动态响应。 5、负责关节驱控性能调试及问题定位，包括： 电流环/速度环/位置环带宽及稳定性调试；启动、换向、高低速运行、堵转、冲击负载等工况优化；振动、噪声、发热、过流、失步、位置跳变等问题分析；电机、编码器、减速器、抱闸、驱动板等系统级联调。 6、负责关节安全保护与故障诊断机制开发，包括过流、过压、欠压、过温、堵转、编码器异常、通信异常等保护策略，并支持故障记录与问题追溯。 7、参与关节控制器通信协议及机器人实时总线开发，支持 EtherCAT、CAN/CAN FD 等通信方式，配合整机控制系统完成实时控制接口定义与联调。 8、参与关节 EVT/DVT/PVT、量产测试及可靠性验证，支持关节 FCT/EOL 测试能力建设，推动驱控相关问题闭环及产品量产落地。 9、参与电机、驱动板、编码器、减速器、扭矩传感器等关键器件选型，与机械、硬件、控制、整机团队协同完成关节系统性能优化。

1.学历专业： 硕士或优秀本科高年级在读，自动化、电气工程、机械电子、控制工程、计算机等相关专业。 2.基础理论： 熟悉自动控制原理（PID控制）、电机学（PMSM/BLDC）或电力电子技术。 编程与仿真： 3.熟悉C/C++，有嵌入式开发基础（如STM32、DSP等）。 4.熟练使用Matlab/Simulink或Python进行控制算法建模与仿真。 工具使用： 能够使用示波器、信号发生器、逻辑分析仪等调试工具进行波形抓取和分析。 软素质： 具备良好的文档撰写习惯，逻辑清晰，具有一定的英文文献阅读能力（论文调研必备）。"
